As Phoenicians, we’re all first-responders! In the event of an emergency, learn what you can do to help someone in need until 9-1-1 professionals arrive.

Get hands-on, non-certified CPR-training from certified instructors from the American Heart Association. Each training session takes approximately 20 – 30 minutes. No RSVP is required. Walk-ins are welcome! Information available online.

“Stop the Bleed” is a national awareness campaign. Become trained, equipped and empowered to help a person in a bleeding emergency. Space is limited and RSVPs are required!
